Nestled on Tregonhawke
cliff, Whitsand bay in southeast Cornwall lies ‘Shamrock’, a
strikingly situated cosy and charming cabin with incredible southerly
views of the ocean.
It offers offering a
laid back and tranquil getaway whatever the time of year. Whether you
are after cliff top walks, days on the beach with your bucket and
spade exploring rock pools, surfing or long summer evenings enjoying a
glass of wine on the deck watching the beautiful sunsets, ‘Shamrock’
is the perfect place!
After a day exploring the area or spent on the beach you can fling
open the french doors and bbq local fish and meat while overlooking
the bay.
The cabin has a wonderful
'get away from it all' feel yet within walking distance there is a
fantastic little café (Cliff Top Café) which you can nip up to for
your breakfast or lunch when you are feeling a little bit lazy or in
need of a treat.
For more formal dining
there is a really great restaurant (The View) about a 5 minute walk
away which provides great food and a mean chocolate pudding that
people travel miles for!
Whitsand Bay is secluded and quiet and was recently included in
"Cornwall Today" as one of the ten best views in Cornwall offering
miles of clean beaches and the South West coastal path being only a
few minutes from the cabin. |
